Who I coach

I work with young and emerging leaders, senior executives, and leaders managing global, cross-cultural teams. They are curious about their own leadership, willing to challenge their assumptions, and intentionally committed to raising self-awareness, where progress begins.

My clients are often people who want to:

  • Step into a new role or greater responsibility
  • Prepare for promotion or a career transition
  • Refine their leadership style and executive presence
  • Increase their effectiveness and engagement at work
  • Strengthen communication moments, from team conversations to board-level discussion

What makes my approach different

My coaching is shaped by professional training, legal experience, and lived experience.

Having navigated different careers, industries, and cultures - from self-employment to corporate environments, and from Europe to the United States - I understand the complexity of professional and personal transitions.

My legal background brings an additional perspective, helping clients consider the legal implications of their choices and make informed decisions.

Grounded in the Columbia University 3CP evidence-based model, my coaching combines rigorous methodology with lived experience.

How we work together

Our coaching journey follows three phases, grounded in the core competencies and principles of the Columbia University coaching methodology.

  1. Context - What is happening?
We explore your current situation to understand what is shaping your decisions and behaviours. We identify the challenges, recognise your strengths, and uncover the patterns or constraints that may be holding you back. This creates a clear picture of where you are today.
  2. Content - What really matters?
We clarify what is most important to you - your values, priorities, ambitions, and the direction you want to take. We explore different perspectives and options, defining goals that align with both your personal values and your professional context.
  3. Conduct - How do you get there from here?
We move from reflection to informed action. We agree practical steps, anticipate potential obstacles, and create a way of working that supports commitment, learning, and continued progress.

What you can expect

Coaching is a co-creative partnership built on trust, equality, and respect.

I do not provide the answers, but powerful questions to help you discover your own answers. The answers you uncover yourself are the ones most likely to create lasting change.

  • The past may help us recognise patterns that influence the present, but coaching is not therapy.
  • The present is where our work begins: understanding where you are today.
  • The future is the destination you choose. I support you in creating the path to get there.

You are the expert in your own life and career. You create the path; I walk alongside you.
