With over 30 years of experience across the legal profession and corporate environments in the asset management industry, Roberta has navigated the complexity of high-level leadership and career transitions. If she had discovered coaching earlier in her career, she would have managed those transitions more smoothly, grown faster, and enjoyed the process. Now, she helps others do that.
Her approach grounds deep human insight in the evidence-based Columbia University 3CP coaching model, through which she trained and developed her coaching practice.
By nature, Roberta is resistant to change, yet she has lived her life through it. She knows the uncomfortable space where anxiety and curiosity meet, and she understands how clarity, including an awareness of legal implications, contractual realities, and alternative paths, can help people make more informed decisions. Professional Foundation
- Practised as an Italian civil lawyer for over 15 years, with a particular interest in contract law and private international law.
- Founded and led a legal practice in Italy, providing litigation and advisory services in civil law.
- Relocated to the UK, in London, and transitioned into financial publishing and institutional-investor research.
- Joined Citywire in 2014 as Head of Institutional Investors, Research & Regulation, building a new market segment across the UK and Italy.
- Currently based between London and New York, she established an independent coaching practice after completing Stage 1 of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program - Front-End Coaching Intensive.
