A private space for clarity, growth and professional change
Leadership is not just about achieving more—it's about becoming more. Whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating a transition, or seeking greater fulfilment in your career, coaching creates the space to think differently, grow intentionally, and move forward with confidence.
Coaching conversations are available in English and Italian.
Who I coach
I work with emerging leaders, experienced managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are ready to invest in their own growth.
My clients are often people who want to:
- Step into a new role with confidence
- Prepare for promotion or career transition
- Strengthen their leadership style and presence
- Navigate change and uncertainty
- Increase their effectiveness and engagement at work
- Find greater meaning, fulfilment and balance in their professional lives
- Become not only better professionals, but happier ones
How I coach
I stand alongside my clients as a thinking partner, trusted supporter and gentle challenger.
Together, we create a safe and confidential space where challenges can be explored openly and transformed into opportunities for growth. I help clients identify what is holding them back, uncover new perspectives, recognise their strengths, and translate insight into action.
Coaching is both supportive and accountable. You set the direction; I help you stay focused and committed to the goals that matter most to you.
What makes my approach different
My coaching is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
Life has taught me how to listen deeply, observe carefully and adapt my approach to the unique needs of each individual. These qualities have been strengthened through formal coach education and methodology developed through my current studies at Columbia University.
I also bring a perspective that few coaches can offer: years of experience navigating different careers, industries and cultures. I have experienced the transitions from self-employment to the corporate world, from Europe to the United States, and the personal and professional challenges that come with adapting to new environments.
Because of this, I understand that change is rarely just practical—it is deeply human.
How we work together
Our work follows three simple but powerful phases grounded in the nine core competencies and four guiding principles of the Columbia University coaching methodology
- Achieving Contextual Awareness
What's going on?
We explore your current reality, identify challenges and understand the wider context influencing your decisions by exploring your natural behaviours, styles, and mental models shaped by your life experiences and personality traits. - Creating Conceptual Clarity
What really matters?
Together, we uncover what is most important to you: your values, priorities, goals and aspirations and how your behaviours interact with your organizational context. - Taking Informed Action
How do you get there from here?
We turn insight into practical action, creating meaningful steps that help you overcome the challenges you bring to coaching.
When is Coaching Right for You?
You may benefit from coaching if you feel ready for change.
Perhaps you know there is another level you want to reach professionally. You may be seeking a promotion, preparing for a transition, adjusting to new responsibilities, redefining your leadership style, or simply wanting to feel more engaged, effective and fulfilled at work.
Coaching helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
What you can expect
Coaching is a co-creative partnership built on trust, equality and respect.
I do not provide the answers but powerful questions to help you discover your own answers. The answers you uncover yourself are the ones most likely to create lasting change.
- The past may help us recognise patterns that influence the present, but coaching is not therapy.
- The present is where our work begins: understanding where you are today.
- The future is the destination you choose. I support you in creating the path to get there.
You are the expert in your own life and career. You create the path.
I walk beside you as you move towards the future you want to build.
